Hydro Foil

This is an activity for those who already have some experience in the practice of radical sports.

To learn how to foil first you need to practise your balance on the board. In a begginer hydrofoil class the rider is towed by a boat to gain stability. Starting on your knees, you’ll after learn how to stand up. When you’re comfortable in that position you’re ready to start flying. The next step is to discard the rope and ride on the wake.

Requirements: Knowing how to swim; wearing a life jacket is mandatory;
